你可以随时申请永久注销 Spherely 小球圈账号，并删除与该账号关联的数据。申请流程公开、免费，且无需再次登录 App。 You can request permanent deletion of your Spherely account and its associated data at any time. The process is transparent, free, and does not require access to the app.

四步完成注销 Four clear steps
提供账号信息 Identify your account
请提供注册手机号（含国家/地区代码）或小球圈号，以及你希望注销账号并删除关联数据的明确说明。 Include your registered phone number (with country/region code) or Spherely ID, and clearly state that you want the account and associated data deleted.
完成身份核验 Verify account ownership
为防止他人冒用，我们会通过邮件与你核验账号归属。核验仅用于处理本次申请。 To prevent unauthorized deletion, we will contact you by email to verify account ownership. Verification is used only for this request.
完成删除 Deletion is completed
核验通过后，我们将在 48 小时内永久注销账号并删除关联数据，完成后通过邮件通知你。 Within 48 hours after verification, we will permanently delete the account and associated data and notify you by email.
请勿在邮件中发送密码、短信验证码、身份证件照片或银行卡完整信息。注销完成后无法恢复账号及已删除数据。
Never send your password, one-time verification codes, identity document images, or full bank card details. Account deletion and deleted data cannot be restored.

- 评论、点赞、关注、私信等社交数据Comments, likes, follows, messages, and other social data
- 与账号关联的偏好设置和使用数据Preferences and usage data associated with the account
可能有限保留的数据 Data that may be retained
- 依法必须保留的交易、退款、发票及财务记录，仅保留法律要求的期限Transaction, refund, invoice, and financial records required by law, retained only for the legally required period
- 安全、反欺诈、争议处理或监管所必需的记录，仅保留实现该目的所需的期限Records necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or regulatory compliance, retained only as long as required for that purpose
- 已不可逆匿名化、无法再识别你的汇总数据Irreversibly anonymized aggregate data that can no longer identify you
处理时限：核验通过后 48 小时内从在线系统删除；受灾备机制限制的加密备份副本将在 30 天内轮换清除。依法需要保留的数据将在法定或必要期限届满后删除或匿名化。
Deletion timeline: Data is removed from active systems within 48 hours after verification. Encrypted backup copies are rotated out within 30 days. Legally required data is deleted or anonymized when the applicable legal or necessary retention period ends.

不注销账号，只删除部分数据可以吗？Can I delete specific data without deleting my account?
可以。请发送邮件说明需要删除的数据类型或内容，我们会在核验后协助处理。Yes. Email us with the specific data or content you want removed, and we will assist after verification.
注销会自动取消订阅吗？Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
不会。通过 Apple App Store、Google Play 或其他第三方渠道开通的订阅，应先在对应平台取消。账号注销不等于向第三方平台申请退款。No. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third party must be canceled through that platform. Account deletion does not request a refund from the platform.
